made by Katrina Beattie. Each piece is cast using Hot molten glass from
the furnace. Lightcatchers are ideal to hang outdoors or in a window to
cast refractive light.
CAST PAPERWEIGHT
Cast clear glass paperweights sandwiching copper wire inclusions.
Each has a sandblasted base.
Size: 5.5cm X 2.5cm
SINGLE LIGHTCATCHER
Clear glass discs with stamped motifs. Copper wire detailing enables
these to hang in or outdoors.
Size: 14cm X 7cm
LIGHTCATCHER
Made by wiring together three glass elements; a squiggle, clear
disc with stamped motifs and icicle.
